Lava Ceram Veneers

Four anterior veneers made with 3M ESPE Lava Ceram, my preferred porcelain for veneer cases on BegoVest refractory die material. It is the only material to let you control coefficient of expansion by mixing liquid and water to desired ratio.

Matchmaker PFM Bridge

I made this six unit PFM anterior bridge using good old Matchmaker porcelain. Good news - patient was delighted with the result. Bad news - bridge did not fit so it had to be re-made.

Lava Ceram Veneers

Unity in shape and colour, and higher strenght than your average porcelain. It was this patient's lucky day!

Seven e-max crowns made on a pressed MO-0 core. I have noticed that most of the images I take do not show translucency...

Lava Ceram on Lava ZR Frame - First Firing

Nice example of a crown after first firing. Slight adjustments were needed, followed by glaze and hey - years of service to a satisfied patient.
